HOW TO PREPARE PASTA AT HOME USING PASTA MACHINE

PASTA MACHINE
The basic recipe per person:
  • 125g plain flour
  • 1 egg
  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and add egg.
  2. Mix the egg and flour until they completely blended.
  3. Place mixture onto a lightly floured table and knead using hands, until is completely homogeneous and consistent.
 
Do not add any salt!
Do not use eggs from fridge!
If the mixture is too dry add some water, if it is too moist or too soft add some flour.

A good mixture should never stick to your fingers.
