Fried Won-Ton (Prawns & Pork)

Fried Wonton
  • green prawn meat 125gm, chopped
  • pork mince 125gm
  • rice wine 5mls
  • light soy 5mls
  • ginger juice 5mls
  • eschallots 20gm
  • cornflour 1teasp
  • egg 1
  • 250g fillo pastry
how to make won-ton
Method:
  1. Combine all ingredients for filling.
  2. Separate fillo pastry and spoon a small portion of filling into each wrapper.
  3. Fold pastry in half diagonally and seal the adges with egg wash.
  4. Deep fry until until pale straw colour.
  5. Remove, drain well and refry until golden brown.
  6. Serve accompanied with a dipping sauce.
