Garlic - Chili Prawns
- 500g shelled-deveined prawns
- 10ml sesame oil
- 10ml olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 red or green chilies
- 1 spring onion, green part
- sprig of fresh coriander
- salt to taste

- Combine sesame and olive oil and heat in a large wok
- Add prawns and stir-fry until they are pink (1-2 minutes) Remove from wok
- Reheat remaining oil and stir in chopped garlic, ginger and chillies
- Return prawns to the wok, add sliced spring onion, coriander
and salt
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then transfer to platter and serve
