Basic method for pancake
Ingredients:
- 500g soft flour
- salt, pinch
- sugar, pinch
- 2 eggs
- 1 litre milk
- 1 tablespoon oil for batter
- oil for frying

Method:
- Combine flour sugar, salt, eggs, milk and oil.
- Whisk continuously to smooth batter - allow to rest for 1 hour.
- Heat the pancake pan, add 1/2 tablespoon oil and reheat until very hot.
- Add batter to coat the bottom of the pan and cook until brown on both sides.
- Continue making the pancakes placing them on top of each other to prevent drying.
