Omelet with broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 20g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 60ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • grated parmesan cheese
  1. Saute the broccoli and garlic in butter until golden brown.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix milk with eggs, bread-crumbs and one tablespoon parmesan.
  4. Pour egg mixture over broccoli and cook until eggs are set (do not stir).
  5. Turn omelet and cook for few more minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and serve hot.
