Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 20g butter
- 2 eggs
- 60ml milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- grated parmesan cheese
- Saute the broccoli and garlic in butter until golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix milk with eggs, bread-crumbs and one tablespoon parmesan.
- Pour egg mixture over broccoli and cook until eggs are set (do not stir).
- Turn omelet and cook for few more minutes.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and serve hot.
