Method:
- Fry the bacon until crispy, remove from the frypan and drain.
- Break each egg into a cup and slide into the hot bacon fat (add a little oil if necessary).
- Baste the egg during the cooking time with hot fat until whites are set.
- Lift egg with draining spoon and serve on hot plate with bacon.
- Season with salt and paprika and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and fresh parsley.
