Egg Dishes: Fried Eggs & Bacon

Fried eggs

Method:
  1. Fry the bacon until crispy, remove from the frypan and drain.
  2. Break each egg into a cup and slide into the hot bacon fat (add a little oil if necessary).
  3. Baste the egg during the cooking time with hot fat until whites are set.
  4. Lift egg with draining spoon and serve on hot plate with bacon.
  5. Season with salt and paprika and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and fresh parsley.
