Method:
- Pour water in a shallow pan, add 1 tablespoon white vinegar to prevent white separating from yolk. The water should be 5cm deep.
- Bring water to the gently simmering.
- Break egg into a cup and slide into the simmering water. Spoon the water over the eggs during the cooking time.
- Poach for 2-3 minutes until set.
- Lift egg out using draining spoon.
