Egg Dishes: Poached eggs & ham and cheese |
Ingredients:
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 ham slices
- butter
- 4 slices Mortadella cheese
|
Method:
- Poach the eggs in simmering water until just cooked.
- Remove with slotted spoon and place aside.
- Toast bread and spread some butter on each slice.
- Place poached agg, ham slice and top with 2 cheese slices.
- Place bread slices in buttered baking dish and bake in oven at 180'c until cheese is melted.
