  • olive oil
  • lime juice
  • fish sauce
  • curry powder
  • bread crumbs
  • butter
  1. Clean, wash, and dry fish.
  2. Preheat oven to 200'C.
  3. Combine lime juice, olive oil, fish sauce and curry powder.
  4. Rub fish with marinade and set aside for 20 minutes.
  5. Place fish in a buttered ovenproof dish.
  6. Drizzle some oil over the fish and cover with aluminium foil.
  7. Place in preheat oven and cook for 30 minutes.
  8. Melt butter and stir in white breadcrumbs, cook until light brown.
  9. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over fish.
