- dory fillets
- lemon juice
- salt
- fresh choped dill
- olive oil
- butter

- Combine oil, lemon juice, salt and dill.
- Rub marinade into fish fillet and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan.
- Drain fillets, shake in flour and fry for 5 minutes each side.
