Dory Fillets

 

  • dory fillets
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • fresh choped dill
  • olive oil
  • butter
 
  1. Combine oil, lemon juice, salt and dill.
  2. Rub marinade into fish fillet and set aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  4. Drain fillets, shake in flour and fry for 5 minutes each side.
