Method:
Combine oil, lemon juice and salt
Rub marinade into Haddock fillet and place into greased baking dish
Top with chopped fennel, garlic, red chilli, capers and 4 colour pepper
Cover with aluminium foil
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200'C for 10-15 minutes |
