Dory Goujons

 Lemon Dory

 

  • 200g dory fillets
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 50ml water
  • 50g flour
  • bread crumbs
  • oil for deep frying
  1. Slice each skinless fillet lengthwise into 3-4 wide strips.
  2. Combine with fresh lemon juice and season with salt.
  3. Whisk eggs, flour and water.
  4. Dip fish in egg mixture then breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towel. Serve with lemon wedges.
