Chilli Prawns

Garlic - Chili Prawns

 

  • 20ml oil
  • 600g raw prawns
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 small red hot chili
  • 1 spring onion
  • fresh coriander
  1. Shell prawns and remove vein.
  2. Heat oil in a large wok.
  3. Add prawns and cook until they are pink (1-2minutes) - remove from wok.
  4. Reheat remaining oil and stir in finely chopped garlic, ginger, chilli, spring onion and coriander.
  5. Return prawns to the wok tossing them through herbs and oil.
