Chilli Prawns |

- 20ml oil
- 600g raw prawns
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 small red hot chili
- 1 spring onion
- fresh coriander
|
- Shell prawns and remove vein.
- Heat oil in a large wok.
- Add prawns and cook until they are pink (1-2minutes) - remove from wok.
- Reheat remaining oil and stir in finely chopped garlic, ginger, chilli, spring onion and coriander.
- Return prawns to the wok tossing them through herbs and oil.
