King prawns cooked in the shell

Cooking whole prawns preserves the natural juices and delicate flavor.

  • remove the head and legs by twisting it off (don't remove shell)
  • cook onion, garlic, chili and coriander in hot oil
  • season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle some lemon juice
  • add prawns and stir for few minutes until done
  • remove shell after cooking
