Prawn Cutlets
- 1kg green king prawns
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- oil for deep frying

- Peal and devein prawns, combine with salt and lemon
- Whisk eggs and add milk
- Roll prawns in flour, dip in eggs mixture
- Toss in breadcrumbs, and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown
