Sardines & Garlic

Sardines & Garlic

 

  • 500g sardines
  • 20ml oil for marinade
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 60ml oil for frying
  • parsley
  • garlic
  1. Combine pepper, oil, salt and lemon juice.
  2. Place sardines in the marinade, turning until evenly coated (marinade for 1hr)
  3. Pass sardines through flour, and fry in hot oil untill golden brown.
  4. Serve with finely chopped parsley and garlic.
