Sardines & Garlic |

- 500g sardines
- 20ml oil for marinade
- 10ml lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 60ml oil for frying
- parsley
- garlic

- Combine pepper, oil, salt and lemon juice.
- Place sardines in the marinade, turning until evenly coated (marinade for 1hr)
- Pass sardines through flour, and fry in hot oil untill golden brown.
- Serve with finely chopped parsley and garlic.
