BEEF STEAK, Scotch fillet steak
Beef Steak
 
  • scotch fillet steak
  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tblsp teriyaki marinade
  • 1/2 cup stock
  • 1 garlic clove
 
  1. heat oil in frying pan over high heat
  2. add steak, season and cook for 2-3 min for rare, 4-5 min for medium
  3. remove steak from the pan and allow to stand for 1-2 minutes
  4. add chopped garlic to the frying pan, teriyaki marinade, stock and cook 2 min
  5. pour over steak fillet and serve
