Beef Steak |

- scotch fillet steak
- 2 tblsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tblsp teriyaki marinade
- 1/2 cup stock
- 1 garlic clove

- heat oil in frying pan over high heat
- add steak, season and cook for 2-3 min for rare, 4-5 min for medium
- remove steak from the pan and allow to stand for 1-2 minutes
- add chopped garlic to the frying pan, teriyaki marinade, stock and cook 2 min
- pour over steak fillet and serve
