Oven Roast Chicken
 
  • 1 chicken (1.5kg)
  • marinade

Marinade:

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon english hot mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 50ml water
  • 3 teaspoons curry (madras) powder
Combine all ingredients for marinade then rub into the chicken meat. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 200 C. Remove foil and let brown a little.
