| Oven Roast Chicken |

- 1 chicken (1.5kg)
- marinade
Marinade:
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon english hot mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 50ml water
- 3 teaspoons curry (madras) powder
Combine all ingredients for marinade then rub into the chicken meat. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 200 C. Remove foil and let brown a little.
