Oven Roast Chicken
1 chicken (1.5kg)
marinade
Marinade:
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce
1 teaspoon english hot mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons oil
50ml water
3 teaspoons curry (madras) powder
Combine all ingredients for marinade then rub into the chicken meat. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 200 C. Remove foil and let brown a little.
