Kebabs

Chicken & Vegetable Kebabs

 
Ingredients:
  • 250 gr chicken breast
  • 100 gr mushrooms
  • 50 gr onion
  • 50 gr red capsicum
  • 50 gr green capsicum

Marinade:

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml rice vine
  • 5 ml hot chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 10ml Hoisin sauce

Cut meat and vegetables into large dice.
Combine with marinade and refrigerate for several hours, turning occasionally.
Arange chicken and vegetables on wooden skewers.
Heat barbecue grill, and cook kebabs 5 minutes each side. Make 6 - 8
