Chicken Supreme

 
  • 800 g chicken supreme
  • 20ml milk
  • salt
  • dry oregano
  • 20ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • flour
  • bread crumbs
  • 50g butter
  1. Soak chicken breasts in milk for 1 hour and drain.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano and oil.
  3. Pass meat through flour, egg wash and bread crumbs.
  4. Fry in butter 6 minutes (do not over cook or breasts will be dry).
  5. Serve with mushroom sauce.
