Chicken Supreme |

- 800 g chicken supreme
- 20ml milk
- salt
- dry oregano
- 20ml oil
- 2 eggs
- flour
- bread crumbs
- 50g butter

- Soak chicken breasts in milk for 1 hour and drain.
- Rub the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano and oil.
- Pass meat through flour, egg wash and bread crumbs.
- Fry in butter 6 minutes (do not over cook or breasts will be dry).
- Serve with mushroom sauce.
