Bolognese Sauce for Spaghetti |

Heat the oil and butter in a pan, add the onions, celery and garlic and cook without colour.

Add beef, bacon, season with salt and pepper and cook until lightly coloured, mixing frequently.

Add to the pan tomato pure, wine, and stock. Mix together, bring to the boil and simmer gently approx.50min.

Adjust the seasoning as necessary. Serve on hot plate with pasta of you choice and grated parmesan.
