- Combine: cheese, eggs, sour cream and salt for filling.
- Layer two sheets of fillo pastry together, brushing in between each sheet with melted butter. Place 1/4 cheese mixture over pastry then roll up to enclose filling. Repead process with remaining pastry and filling.
- Place pastries onto a greased oven tray, and brush the top of the pastry with melted butter. Bake in moderate oven for 35-45min.
