Pancake with Apples
Ingredients:
- 200g apples
- 30g butter
- 15g sugar
- cinnamon, pinch
- oil
- basic batter for pancake

Method:
- Prepare basic batter for pancakes.
- Peel and cut apples into small dice.
- Melt butter, add apple, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and cook until soft.
- Remove from the heat, allow to cool and combine with batter.
- Heat the pancake pan, add little oil and reheat until very hot.
- Pour pancake mixture and cook until brown on both sides.

Basic batter for pancake:
- 500g soft flour
- salt, pinch
- sugar, pinch
- 2 eggs
- 1 litre milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Combine flour sugar, salt, eggs, milk and oil.
- Whisk continuously to smooth batter - allow to rest for 1 hour.
