Pancake with Apples

Ingredients:

  • 200g apples
  • 30g butter
  • 15g sugar
  • cinnamon, pinch
  • oil
  • basic batter for pancake

 

Pancakes & Apples

Method:

  1. Prepare basic batter for pancakes.
  2. Peel and cut apples into small dice.
  3. Melt butter, add apple, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and cook until soft.
  4. Remove from the heat, allow to cool and combine with batter.
  5. Heat the pancake pan, add little oil and reheat until very hot.
  6. Pour pancake mixture and cook until brown on both sides.

Basic batter for pancake:

  • 500g soft flour
  • salt, pinch
  • sugar, pinch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 litre milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  1. Combine flour sugar, salt, eggs, milk and oil.
  2. Whisk continuously to smooth batter - allow to rest for 1 hour.
