Pancakes with Cheese
Ingredients: 4 egg whites
500g ricotta cheese
100g sour cream
salt
pancake dough
breadcrumbs |

| Method:
|
1. prepare batter and cook crepes until lightly browned
2. beat 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form – combine with 500g Ricotta cheese and salt to taste
3. place about two tablespoons of mixture into each crepe and roll up - place crepes side by side in a buttered dish
4. beat 2 egg whites and combine with 100g sour cream – spread mixture over pancake
5. sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in oven for 20 minutes |
