Potato Cakes
  • 500g potatoes
  • 100g onions
  • 1 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspon salt
  • 2 tblesp bread crumbs
  • pepper
  • 60g butter
  • Peel potatoes and onoin, great and season with salt.
  • Set aside for 10 minutes and drain excess juice (about 1/2 cup).
  • Add beaten eggs, garlic, bread crumbs and season with pepper.
  • Melt butter in hot frying pan and place spoonfuls of potato mixture.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Season with pepper and serve hot.
