- 500g potatoes
- 100g onions
- 1 cloves minced garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspon salt
- 2 tblesp bread crumbs
- pepper
- 60g butter

- Peel potatoes and onoin, great and season with salt.
- Set aside for 10 minutes and drain excess juice (about 1/2 cup).
- Add beaten eggs, garlic, bread crumbs and season with pepper.
- Melt butter in hot frying pan and place spoonfuls of potato mixture.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Season with pepper and serve hot.
