- 500g mash potatoes
- 25g butter
- 2 eggs
- 150g plain flour
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 20g grated parmesan cheese

- Wash and peel potatoes, cook, drain well and mash.
- Stir the butter into the mashed potato and mix in beaten eggs.
- Sift the flour over the potato mixture, then mix it in well.
- Season with plenty of salt and pepper.
- Add chopped dill and shape into rounds (50g), then flatten sligtly.
- Place doughnuts on a lightly oiled baking tray and brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the tops with grated parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake in preheat oven to 180'C, for 30 minutes until browned.
