- 800g poatoes
- 6 eggs
- 50ml mayonnaise
- 50g salad onion, sliced
- 5g salt
- 5g pepper
- 10ml vinegar

- Boil potatoes in their skins for 30 minutes.
- Drain, peel off skins and slice.
- Boil eggs for 6 minues. Shell them and slice.
- Combine potatos, eggs and all other ingredients.
- Serve with fish.
