Potato Recipes: Potato Salad with Eggs

Potato Salad with eggs and Onion
  • 800g poatoes
  • 6 eggs
  • 50ml mayonnaise
  • 50g salad onion, sliced
  • 5g salt
  • 5g pepper
  • 10ml vinegar
  1. Boil potatoes in their skins for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain, peel off skins and slice.
  3. Boil eggs for 6 minues. Shell them and slice.
  4. Combine potatos, eggs and all other ingredients.
  5. Serve with fish.
