Ingredients:
- 50g spiral pasta
- 50g cos-lettuce
- 50g lardons bacon, grilled until crisp
- 50g shaved parmesan
- 100 grilled chicken breast
- 100g garlic croutons
- 250ml dressing
Dressing:
- 200ml mayonnaise
- 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
- 20g anchovy fillets
- 20ml olive oil

Method:
- Cook pasta until al dente. Drain, refresh in cold water and drain again.
- Process all ingredients for salad dressing until well combined.
- Grill and slice chicken into pieces.
- Grill bacon lardons until crisp.
- Prepare garlic croutons.
- Combine trimmed lettuce, pasta, croutons and chicken in a salad bowl.
- Sprinkle with dressing and shaved parmesan.
