Ingredients:
- 100g lettuce
- 50g cooked french beans
- 100 g cooked potatoes
- 100 tomatoes
- 50g anchovy fillets
- 50g black olives
- 20g capers
- dressing
Dressing:
- 30ml oil from anchovy fillets can
- 20ml vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt

Method: |
- Place french beans in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
- Refresh in cold water and drain.
- Place potatoes in cold water, bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes (depending of the size). Drain, peel and slice thick.
- Combine and mix well all ingredients for dressing.
- Cut lettuce raughly and place in a salad bowl. Garnish with cooked french beans, potatoes slices, tomatoes, anchovy fillets, black olives and capers.
- Sprinkle with salad dressing. Serve cold.
