Salad Recipes: Potato Salad with Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • 10 small potatoes (100g each)
  • 100ml yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • fresh dill
  • fresh chives
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 250'C.
  2. Wash potatoes and bake in their skins in oven about 45 minutes.
  3. Combine yoghurt, salt, chopped dill and chives for dressing.
  4. Peel off the skins and slice potatoes.
  5. Toss through yoghurt dressing.
  6. Serve cold.
