Ingredients:
- 10 small potatoes (100g each)
- 100ml yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- fresh dill
- fresh chives

Method:
- Preheat oven to 250'C.
- Wash potatoes and bake in their skins in oven about 45 minutes.
- Combine yoghurt, salt, chopped dill and chives for dressing.
- Peel off the skins and slice potatoes.
- Toss through yoghurt dressing.
- Serve cold.
