Melted cheese sandwich |
Ingredients:
- 4 slices white bread
- 2 slices Gruyere cheese
- 40g butter
- 1 egg
- 10ml milk
- 1 spoon flour
- salt

Method:
- Whisk egg and combine with flour, milk and salt.
- Place one slice of cheese between two bread slices.
- Heat butter in frying pan.
- Deep bread in egg mixture and cook until golden brown on each side.
- Cut sandwich in half and serve hot.
