HorseRadish Sauce |
Ingredients:
- 2dl cream
- 40g grated horseradish
- 40g fresh white breadcrumbs
- milk
- 10ml vinegar
- salt and pepper

Method:
- Lightly whip 2dl cream and add 40g grated horseradish.
- Soak 40g fresh white breadcrumbs in milk for few minutes and add to the cream.
- Add 10ml vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
