Sauces:

HorseRadish Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2dl cream
  • 40g grated horseradish
  • 40g fresh white breadcrumbs
  • milk
  • 10ml vinegar
  • salt and pepper
Method:
  1. Lightly whip 2dl cream and add 40g grated horseradish.
  2. Soak 40g fresh white breadcrumbs in milk for few minutes and add to the cream.
  3. Add 10ml vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
