Method:
- marinade calamari rings in mild taco sauce for 20 min.
- heat the wok, when it smokes then add the oil
- add onion, garlic and chili tossing constantly
- add the calamari rings and saute until tender
- stir in green curry paste, fish stock, salt and pepper
- remove from heat and stir through broccoli stalks
- sprinkle with fresh chopped coriander, lemon juice and serve
