Clear Chicken Soup & Semolina Noodles |

500g chicken meat & bones
100g carrots
100g onions
20g parsley, root
parsley fresh leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegeta
2.5 litre water
5 peppercorns

1. Place all ingredients in stockpot and bring to the boil.
2. Skim well and simmer very gently for 2 hours, skimming as necessary.
3. Strain, bring to the boil and add semolina noodles.
4. Cook for 5 minutes and serve immediately.
Semolina Noodles:
Combine 80g semolina with 1 egg. Using tablespoon drop mixture into boil soup and cook for 5 minutes.
