Creamy Beef Soup

Creamy beef Soup with meat and rice balls

500g beef mince
60g rice
1 egg
50g onion
1 tbsp chopped parsley
salt & pepper
1 litre beef stock
 

1. Combine beef, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, and shape mixture into balls and roll in flour.
2. Bring the beef stock to the boil, and place the meatballs, simmer for 40min. Remove from the heat.
3. Season to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
