Kuglehupe (Kuglof)
- 300g butter
- 275g sugar
- 1 vanillin sugar
- 5 eggs
- 375g plain flour
- 12g baking powder
- 20g cooking chocolade
- icing sugar
- Beat the butter, sugar and vanillin until creamy, light and fluffy.
- Add the egg one at a time, beating very well after each is added.
- Mix in the flour and baking powder.
- Pour 2/3 mixture into the prepared mould.
- In the remaindern mixture add melted chocolade, and combine two mixture together using fork.
- Bake in preheated oven 1 hour at 175'C.
- Remove from oven and dust with icing sugar.
