Roast Vegetables
  • potatoes
  • onions
  • carrots
  • pumpkin
  • cabbage
  • red capsicum
  • oil
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dry oregano
  1. Peel off and chop vegetables in uniform shape as possible.
  2. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper and paprika.
  3. Combine with oil and dry oregano.
  4. Place in large baking dish and cook for 40 minutes ( 180''C )
