Vegetable Recipes:
Zucchini bites
300g grated zucchini
100g Shredded tasty cheese
400g canned red salmon
350g canned sweet corn
100g sun dried tomatoes
5 eggs
1 spoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine zucchini, corn, cheese and persley with lightly beaten eggs and pour mixture into prepared pan. Top with drained salmon, sundried tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 180'C
